AREC Instructor Training with Anne Powell and Laurye Brunson – Risk Management: From Signed to Sold and Mandatory Broker CE Course
This training is required for all instructors who teach the mandatory CE courses. It will cover the NEW Risk Management: From Signed to Sold and the REVISED Mandatory Broker CE Course with an effective date of October 1, 2026. Instructors will be Anne Powell and Laurye Brunson. Anne is a seasoned instructor in Alabama and has assisted the Commission by serving on various task forces and committees as well as offering instructor trainings. Laurye delivers engaging, practical real estate education rooted in real-world brokerage leadership. Her classes emphasize clarity, compliance, and confidence—helping licensees not only meet requirements, but strengthen their careers. They are both licensed with Roberts Brothers, Inc. in Mobile.
