June 8 - 12, 2026
Rising 11th – 12th Grade
This week-long program introduces concepts in landscape site reading and fieldwork and concludes with a landscape architecture design proposal. These projects allow the students to explore the way that Landscape Architects impact the built environment and work with other disciplines to enhance open space in our cities. Students will spend time both in and outside the studio as part of a hands-on design experience at Auburn University's School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture. All the while, students engage and learn from the university’s highly qualified professors with the opportunity for individual guidance as well. There will also be camp counselors present at all times with the students to ensure safety and supervision. In addition to their work in the studio, students will experience campus-life on the plains.
Camp participants will experience campus-life while residing in Auburn's resident dormitories, eating at campus dining facilities, and enjoying evening social and recreational activities. Participants will have 24/7 counselor supervision.
Camp Fees are $900 and include the following items:
- On campus housing
- All meals, snacks and drinks while at camp
- Program instruction, materials and equipment
- Transportation to and from off-campus field-trip sites
- Recreational activities
The Scholarship Application for CADC camps will close at 11:59am CST on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Decisions will be released in mid-March and for those accepted, confirmation of attendance will be due by EOB on Wednesday, April 1.
