Short Bio
Jonathan is an Outreach Administrator III with the Government and Economic Development Institute. He has 14 years of experience in survey design, implementation, and research with a current specialization in employee engagement and employee satisfaction research. An expert in the development and delivery of online and hybrid classes, he can frequently be found behind a Zoom Meeting, Teams Meeting, or Canvas class ensuring things run smoothly. Jonathan also teaches beginning and intermediate Excel, focused on public-sector applications. From 2011 to 2014 Jonathan worked on the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program, deploying over 2,000 new computers to 220 libraries and schools throughout Alabama. He also delivered over 1,000 hours of in-person training to students of all ages, teaching them basic computer use, basic office software skills, using the Internet for academic research, using the Internet for job searches, and resume writing. The classes he developed online delivered over 3,000 hours of training to hundreds of people across the country.
