Join us on Friday, March 27 for Auburn's inaugural OLLI Arts Fest! The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on our campus at 1031 S College Street.
OLLI Arts Fest will feature exhibitions of works by OLLI art instructors and students, a silent auction, live music, food trucks and artist demonstrations. This event is free and open to all.
Parking is available next door to the OLLI campus at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1047 S College St. There is a sidewalk for the short walk from the church to our campus. Golf cart transportation will also be available.
Art Exhibitions
Celebrate the arts with exhibitions by OLLI art instructors and students. Visit the instructor gallery inside the historic Sunny Slope house to see works by the working artists who teach for OLLI. Many of these artists are retired instructors and professors with decades of experience. They have participated in exhibitions locally, nationally and internationally.
At the Sunny Slope Annex, you’ll find work produced by OLLI members in recent classes on display in tents and outdoor spaces. These pieces showcase the techniques learned in classes and workshops over the past two years. In addition to the art classes taught each term by our talented local instructors, OLLI hosts visiting artists for limited-time workshops.

Silent Auction
A silent auction will feature work by our art instructors and local businesses. All proceeds will benefit the OLLI Building Fund. As our community has grown, so have our needs for a facility that can better serve our members. Our vision for the future of OLLI is to construct a new space designed to bolster the courses we offer and provide larger, dedicated spaces for all types of courses – including art courses.
Special thanks to the following artists, individuals and businesses that have contributed to our silent auction: Leslie Beard, Margee Bright-Ragland, May Dorinsville, Zdenko Krtić, Jay Lamar, Scott Melville, Lori Moore, Kim Murdock, Sheri Schumacher, Curtis Shannon, Gary Wagoner, Auburn Oil Co. Booksellers, KK Jones Flowers, Gogue Performing Arts Center, Well Red AU, The Depot, and J&M Bookstore.
