

In 2025, the Center for Educational Outreach and Engagement (CEOE) expanded its reach through programs that prepare Alabama students for college, careers, and leadership.
GEAR UP Achieve continued its seven year commitment to 6,527 students statewide, delivering 2,180+ summer contact hours and supporting scholarship opportunities through its $18.4 million grant. Young Professionals in Training engaged 48 students in entrepreneurship learning with 680 contact hours, while Service in Schools mobilized 40 Auburn Honors students for 600+ volunteer hours across six local organizations.
Outreach Ambassadors connected with 719 individuals at 23 events and hosted 150 K–12 students for campus tours. Career and technical education programs awarded 148 badges and supported 77 students in agriculture and trades pathways. The Rural Teacher Fellows program secured $39,000+ in funding, launched a new course, and presented nationally on rural education.
From classroom readiness to career pathways, CEOE continues to inspire and equip Alabama’s youth for success.
