Korean Cuisine is a three-part program for anyone interested in authentic Korean ingredients, hands-on cooking, and Korean dining culture.
Session 1 – Foundations of Korean Cuisine
Discover the foundations of Korean cuisine, starting with jang, the essential fermented base of traditional cooking. Learn about key ingredients, cooking methods, and the history behind Korean food culture, with a tasting experience included.
Session 2 – Hands-On Cooking Class
Cook traditional Korean dishes with guidance from an experienced chef. Participants will practice key techniques and learn how Korean flavors come together.
Session 3 – Korean BBQ & Market Visit
Enjoy a Korean BBQ meal and visit a local Korean market to explore ingredients and learn
practical tips for shopping and cooking Korean food at home.
