In an open concept layout, this commercial-grade kitchen is equipped with two lines featuring gas stoves, ovens, flat tops, fryers, combi oven, refrigerated drawers, sinks and a plethora of appliances, tools, serving ware, dishes and flatware. There are four large stainless-steel tables for 16 comfortable workstations. The adjoining dis pit is included in this space rental and is shared with Food Lab 2.
