The Korean American Grassroots Conference (KAGC), hosted at Auburn University in 2026,
is a community-centered event that brings together first-generation Korean Americans and
the next generation to reflect on identity, share personal stories and experiences, and
expand the collective impact of the community.
This conference provides a platform for youth, leaders across generations, and public and
community stakeholders to come together and engage in meaningful dialogue on growth,
belonging, and civic participation. Through personal narratives, data-driven insights, and
real-world examples, participants are inspired to contribute to their communities and help
build a more connected and impactful Korean American community.
Korea Corner at Auburn University, as a community partner of KAGC, highlights key issues
facing the Korean American community and emphasizes the importance of civic
engagement.
